About Someday/IM
Someday Investment Management is the institutional investment division of Someday, a fintech provider in Amsterdam that aims to redefine homeownership via innovative equity release and personal finance solutions. Someday/IM provides investment opportunities with attractive risk/return, regulatory diversification, and ESG benefits.
What we believe
Many homeowners cannot access wealth they possess. It is tied up in the bricks of their homes. Homeowners face increasing difficulties making financial ends meet. In turn, this means they have little to no financial room to realize any dreams or goals they may have.
Someday is changing this. We are committed to making homeowners financially agile. Giving them access to their surplus home equity has been our mission since 2020. With access to their home equity, homeowners can provide proper home care to parents, for example. Or, homeowners can support their children in buying a first home, or increase their home sustainability.
Our team consists of over 35 experienced professionals, with a mix of finance and technology backgrounds. We have two offices in the centre of Amsterdam and The Hague.
